Biscotti Baking Class December 16, 2017 4 pm-5:30 pm

Nutritionist Josie Vespa will be holding a biscotti baking class at the Leona Drug Store on Saturday, December 16th fro 4 pm – 5:30 pm. Come and join Josie as she teaches us to make and bake biscotti. We might just have to sample these delicious treats with Ashby’s premium ice cream and Leona Drug Store coffee. Hum….chocolate biscotti and caramel mudslide coffee. Sounds like a winning combination to me!

Ice Cream

It is almost time to order Ashby’s specialty flavors for the Leona Drug Store.  Pondering the many options and wondering which will be best.  Carrot Cake, Anniversary Cake, Key Lime Pie and Mocha Almond Fudge are only a few among the many to choose from.  I have one vote for Key Lime Pie!!  Everyone always loves on Carrot Cake with a scoop of ice cream.  Just imagine having your carrot cake in your ice cream. It does not get more efficient than that!  I can almost taste the ice cream and cream cheese frosting mingling together in the smooth creamy treat. And the Mocha Almond Fudge, hum, I wonder if topping a dish of this with our famous Leona hot fudge would be too much chocolate.  Uh……that would be a NO.
